• How do I register my company on DoorsDesk?

  Click «Registration» and choose who you are in the market: it decides which section of «Companies» shows you. Fill in the name, contacts, brands and keywords. A 6-digit code comes to your e-mail — enter it. After the check the DoorsDesk team sends a letter that you can sign in. You can also sign up with Google, without a password.

• How much does registration cost?

  Registering a company is free. Only some services are paid: stores on the map, photos and videos in the blog, advertising. You see the price of each in your account before you order; the invoice comes by e-mail.

• How do I upload my catalog?

  My account → «Upload catalog». A CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or XML (YML) file up to 20 MB. Show which column is the SKU, the name, the price and so on, check the result and send it for moderation. The check takes up to 24 hours; the result comes by e-mail. An SKU that is already there is updated.

• How do I add a store to the map?

  My account → «My stores» → «New store». Type the address — the pin appears on the map by itself; check it. Add the opening hours, phones, a photo and the brands you sell: buyers find you by brand. The first store adds your company to the «Retail stores» section.
