1. Who processes the data
The DoorsDesk.com portal is run by PE KOSTENKO IRYNA, Neskorenykh St, Kharkiv, Ukraine, registration code 3043210503.
For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
- Registration: company name, first and last name of the contact person, e-mail, phone, country, city, address, websites, brands, keywords, password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Sign-in with Google: only the e-mail and name. Your Google password never reaches us.
- Sign-in with a QR code: the device type, browser and IP address of the computer. Kept for one day.
- Company account: what the company publishes itself: catalogues, logos, blog articles, vacancies, messengers.
- Invoices and payments: the payer's billing details.
- Server log: IP address, page address, browser, time. Kept for 30 days to protect against attacks.
- "Contact us" form: name, e-mail, message text.
3. Why
To run the company account and its page in the directory, issue invoices, answer messages and send e-mails about the portal: registration approval, invoices, the end of an advertisement.
Newsletters go only to those who have not unsubscribed; every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who else sees the data
- Visitors of the site see what the company itself publishes on its page. Contacts and messengers are shown only to signed-in users.
- Our service providers: Hetzner (servers in Germany), Google (e-mail, sign-in with Google), Mailchimp (newsletters), Anthropic (machine translation of company texts into other languages).
- OpenStreetMap: the maps of shops are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, so they see the visitor's IP address; the address a company types for its shop is sent to OpenStreetMap to find it on the map.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
5. Cookies
Only the necessary ones: the sign-in cookie and the chosen language of the site. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep data
As long as the account exists. After an account is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days, except invoices: they are kept as long as Ukrainian tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it (most of it in your account), delete your account and unsubscribe from newsletters.
To delete your account or get a copy of your data, write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
8. Changes
If the policy changes, we will update this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
